An ideal home base for Ironman participants
Ironman athletes, volunteers and spectators will find Skaha Lake Paradise Resort the perfect location for their stay.
Our proximity to the 2007 Ironman course makes us a great "home base" for pre-event training, and an ideal place to cool down and unwind after the race. Our resort is only a 15-minute drive to the transition area. Your family and fans you are within three blocks of the bicycle course and about 2 blocks from the run turnaround.
Unwind while you train
The rest of the year, our resort makes us an ideal location for ongoing training and conditioning. Clean air and open spaces make allow you to train in a healthy environment, while the quiet, small-town pace of Okanagan life allows you to immerse yourself in your training schedule with minimal distractions. And because we're a luxury resort, rather than a hotel, you have the freedom to prepare nutritious meals and relax in relative privacy.
Donna, your hostess, has been an active volunteer for Ironman Canada for several years, and is happy to welcome athletes and their supporters here not only for Ironman, but also for training camps throughout the year. Please email her directly at Donna@OkanaganParadiseResorts.com for more details on how we can make your stay comfortable!
